Nice job Aesop, looks great. Good job on hiding the electrical, so are still going to use the side pieces or leave it open? Love the shifter, pretty neat, may have to steal you ideas when I get to making my rearsets.
Also, what is an aircraft spinner. Do you have a pic of it before you started modifying it for the seat?

Built and polished a different set of carbs. They are a little rich @ idle but look real good. Going to Laughlin on my ZRX next Tues so Rat work is at a standstill till I get back.

I drove it around a bit....the advance was frozen with corrosion. Tore it apart and gave it a clean and lube. Runs good except at WOT. Then it surges. Could be a sync issue.
Anyway, here is how you plug your EGR holes. With a .38 shell. (another theft of intellectual ideas from this site)

You have made some really different choices in your mods and they all worked out great.

1015cc stock internals for now, 39 flattys, GSXR frontend, ZX9 rear wheel with 6 over chromoly arm, just a budget beater!
