IT'S ALIVE!!!!!!!!!!!
After much kicking and recharging and starting, the plugs were dry, but sparking. Needed more gas, so carbs came off, pilot tube, starter tube got blasted with carb cleaner and blasted with compressed air. Pilot screws reset to 1 1/4 turns out, Air screws turned out 2 turns. She started on the first kick with full choke and ran right up to 5000rpm!
Time for some tuning, and checking for vacuum leaks and exhaust leaks.

Is this one going to become a daily rider for you Conway?
With 3 bikes (or more) to choose from, just wondering which one will get ridden most.
