I'm curious where you picked up that fuse block otakar. I have been wondering about a viable replacement for the stock (broken on mine) fuse box. Thanks!

That fuse block came from Del City. They have a $25 minimum order so you have to order a few of them. I ordered four so I would have a few spares. If you don't want to spend $25 + postage send me an email at otto@condormodels.com I can part with one.

just taking a little brake. I am in the process of converting to a 530 chain from a 630. Everything went fine with the exception that the front sprocket has no holes to use the bolt lock. I hope that the sprocket bolt holds.

You might go through a few drill bits on the sprocket, but you could drill holes in the head of the bolt and the sprocket and safety wire it. At least that way you can have some piece of mind ;)

I attempted that, I even used a carbide drill bit. It won't even faze the sprocket.

Do you still have the splined washer for the c.s. sprocket bolt? You could drill a hole in that and use it to wire to, or bend it over the bolt like OEM. You'll have to forgive the suggestions, I'm sure you have already though of all these solutions ;)

What did you use to spin that carbide drill bit? Was it a hand drill or a drill press? Also what size drill bit where you using?
