Yesterday I just finished the cosmetics and assembly of my 1150 top end. I used "Polane" to paint it and mixed a Titanium color of 50/50 black and silver.

After I painted the parts i baked them at 350f, to harden them quicker. It is not necessary whoever.

I just realized that I will have to install the new gauges I built for this bike, because this head has no tach drive. I need to run an electronic tach. I guess the good part is that I have eliminated one potential oil leek.

I am running a stock Kawasaki ignition. You drive it from the "Black" wire from the IC unit to the coils.

No job yet! I am putting in applications, weekly. Today I will be going to a jog fare. I also plan on taking the test for the "Dept. of Homeland Security" See what happens there.

My job sucks, but i have to keep at it . I'm just glad to by working. To many people have been laid off these days.
