Besides being one of the coolest ways that I've seen around a problem...what kind of a prick takes the time to check your crank-case vent port for an add-on filter mod??? Where do you live?

"what kind of a prick takes the time to check your crank-case vent port for an add-on filter mod?"

I was wondering this myself... Here in Phoenix, they wouldn't even know what it was let alone that it was modified...

Good question Kaw...

OMR, yeah...I don't mean to thread-jack, but here in western Kansas the boys-in-blue usually just want to ask you about your bike when they stop you. Sure, they're a bit harder on the plastic boys, but seems like they bring-it-on a bit with their antics. But even worse case scenario the 5-oh is just going to give you the hook-up (ticket) if you're speeding more than 10mph over the limit (granted sometimes one's mouth writes the ticket for the officer...but what do you expect). The whole 'modified bike' thing is actually a conversation-piece in these parts...sort of a red-neck version of community policing, I guess.

Makes three of us... Keep me out of that hood. ;)

You have put together the front end I had imagined. Plus the idea of having a KZ fender to boot as a possibility. Perfect. Keep up the good work. Nice to see these mods finished. The candy red pops with the black contrast.

Well . its been a while.Ive been enjoying all of your builds.
I'm back into the motor again.
My ebay 1327 block and pistons were fun.Loads of power. u could feel the frame flex when u shift it hard.
but she blew smoke, so i'm going back to 1200cc's with brand new J&E pistons.
I just finished balancing them. 1 piston was 1 gram light and 1 wristip was .8 gm heavy.
