This is were I am at... checked for spark. None on inside cylinders. So I have a set of dyna coils. put one coil on to see if that fixed problem. Then realized I gave wires to a friends last year. Now I will have to order some and wait until next week to continue.
While waiting I am going to drain fuel. Clean connectors.Take the battery for a load test.
How do I check the fuel pressure from the pump?

The other way you can tell which system you have is by, where the injectors are located. If they are in the head casting than you have the older system and you will have the "flap" sensor if they are in the throttle bodies than you will not have the "flap" sensor.

If you order new coils, make sure they are the right ons. They must be 2.2 Ohm not the more common 3.0 Ohm. To check the fuel pressure there is a "T" that you must mount between the pump and injector manifold, to which you mount a fuel pressure gauge. I have tendency to doubt that the main coils are bad. I would more suspect the pickup coils. I used to change those on my 1300 all the time. It is simple to check the main coils. Remove the two wire plugs that feed the coils and put an Ohm meter no those two coil positions. They should measure between 2.0-2.4 Ohms. If they measure far from that than they are bad.

Fuel pressure on these GPZ1100 B2 models is 33 PSI at idle and 35 PSI as soon as the throttle is opened. Check the vacuum lines as they affect the fuel flow through the regulator(located at the end of the return line going to the tank).

OK this is how it is after an afternoon of hair pulling.
The connector between the pick up coils and the ignitor was rotten and falling apart. It was probably grounding against the fuel pump. After we cleaned the connection and taped it, we had spark at all cylinders!!!!
I am still going to wait until I get new wires fron Z1 before road testing. Really hope this is all it was.

Thanks to everyone for there input. I knew before posting this morning I would get lots of help. I will post after I get the new wires on.

Again thanks Rob
