Small reflector on Z1 front brake

I pealed this stick on reflector off of my front brake due to it having a scratch in it.  I figured I'd just go without it like I've seen on many bikes... probably because the reflector is stupid hard to find or something.  Thought I'd check and see if anyone knows of a place that sells this.

Would a circle of 3M reflective tape work just as well?

I don't think it was intended to be a reflector.  I think it was just a little bit of trim to dress up the caliper.  Here is another source.

I was hoping to find an orange one but may have to settle for the black.  I think they might not be available any more

Patina of age.  Pretty sure they all were black & faded with age & sun exposure.  No colors other than black are mentioned in John Brooke's book or any other reference.
