I have a pair of Koni 7610's on my 550. I also have a pair of Monroe's on another 550. The Monroes ride way better than the Konis. The Konis appear to be in good order, and I always thought that they were the premium shock for these bikes, but I'm surprised at how much better the other brand works. I know that the shocks are rebuildable and the parts are available. Does anyone have experience with rebuilding the 3610's and are there special tools required ?
