No longer avail Kawasaki part number 92037-1069

What have others used to hold the wiring harness in place, etc

If you want it to look correct you could use 1mm flat stock and "shrink wrap" it

If it shows, I would use Wookie's and Nessism's suggestions.  If not visible I use zip ties.

I use 1/2 wide black Velcro tape that comes on rolls. Fuzzy side towards frame/wire.

That part was used on a bunch of Kawasaki models up to at least 2005, so there ought to be plenty on ebbay. At partzilla click the part number for the cross-reference.  I only searched by part number and found a few reasonably priced on eb. other searches should yield more results. 

Used item #385222458990 was the cheapest I saw: $5.25T + tax for 3. should clean up fine. dremel w fine/soft wire wheel on the metal and silicone spray lubricant on the plastic. I like the liquid wrench silicone spray. 

Also, there are Kawasaki & aftermarket band clamps that come in various sizes/lengths. see chassis electrical diagram.
New aftermarket. #394440473860. universal 8-pc kit. $15T. cheaper is probably available.
