Mikunu RS27 flatslide set up

Hi Guys,
I have a set of RS27 carbs for my '84 GPz550. My motor has a Wiseco 615cc piston kit with a fully done over crank and a ported head.
Dose anyone else have a set of these carbs on their motor? If so, can someone give me the basic jetting and set up info please?

You sure they are 27? Didn't know mikuni made 27mm flatsides in rack carbs.
