Well, for the record, I took the carbs off yesterday, fitted the 105's & took for a run.
Problem solved.
I still don't understand how one key size difference can make such a difference.

I told you to use 105 mains but like everyone else wouldn't listen so you had to do it twice. Glad you got it to work out

Baldy, I (did) listen to your advice, but when you are getting advice from others & it is a bit conflicting who the hell do you believe first ?
