Steve
are those different then the ones I have? I know I need a new housing for the #4 carb. Someone drilled the mixture hole out on the body. Looks like they drilled the hole the same size all the way through. was thinking maybe some JB weld and using a small drill bit to resize the hole might work. I circled the hole in the picture.

I think this would explain the carb #4 feature.
Someone do it the wrong way and drill it out.

So with that being what happend and the fact that they drilled it out with could I JB weld it and then drill the correct size hole or is it completely fubar?

JB weld won't do it.
You will never get an acceptable working repair on that with anything..
It is essentially scrap and you need to source another body.
It's a 26mm and they are very common but make sure you get a KZ one with just the fuel mix screw underneath and not a Suzuki GS which has both fuel and air.
