look through the filebase(top right corner of this page) there will be carb tunning/rebuilding notes in there. start looking under the "not model specific " files, rather than searching a particular model.

So, here's another update.

I am not having the overflow issue anymore now that i know more about how the vacuum petcock works. I really appreciate everyone's help on that issue. I still have a issues with the motor surging in all gears, and it seems to be using way more fuel than it should be. I used about 2.5 gallons in about 30 miles today.

I rode the bike to a shop that sells accessories and purchased some things, and got a recommendation from the on a repair shop. Rode from there to the repair shop. All the while, the engine is surging/stuttering as I ride.

I am now trying to contact the guy that built the bike for me to see exactly what work he did on it, as far as engine/carb rebuilds go.

If there is anyone out there that lives in the Chicago area that can suggest a good mechanic with reasonable prices, please let me know.
