My KZ900 has done that ever since it was new. I've just come to expect that once the bike is warmed up I have to back off the idle knob a bit.

I've been tuning atv's, dirtbikes, saws, generators, augers, etc. and sooo many of them (even new) can have this issue.
Its called carburetion. If it were computer controlled fuel injection, this would be unacceptable! :laugh:
Especially on the air cooled stuff, as they take long time to get right up to temp.
Try just clicking it up into neutral as you come to a stop, cause sometimes its just the clutch dragging ever so slightly.
