Keihin CV34 pilot screw re-assembly?
17 May 2010 14:39
Just double checking this as I'm assembling my carbs today. The pilot screw is assembled with the spring first, followed by the little washer, then the O ring last...right? Not the O ring, then the washer...right? Thanks!

What is the bike?
You could add it to your profile info...
Then I can get you microfiche diagrams.

Hi Polkat
Thats it
Screw - spring - washer - O ring. The O ring is last.
I think your bike is the same as mine. 1980 750/4 If ever in doubt go to kawasaki.com, Owner info, parts diagrams, select year as 1982 (trust me) and the rest is easy.
Good luck
