i just go a 81 kz1000csr carbs were dirty cleaned them... so i think... im still not getting any fuel in the cylinders the bike hasnt been started in like 3 or 4 years some of the vaccum lines that are on the carbs look kinda cheesy there is a hose the goes from carb 1 to carb 4 one from carb 2 that goes to the (petcock) and carb 3 has a plug on the vaccum (outlet) and the repair manual that i have does say anything about that and the pics dont show it either... can anyone help me?

A vacuum operated petcock will shut the fuel off completely if it does not have vacuum on the port that operates the cutoff. The auto cut off is to prevent gas leaks when the engine is off.

wut is the best thing that i could use to clean the diaphram? i was told not to use break or carb cleaner but i was not told wut would work...?

If you are referring to the diaphragm in the carburetors, just use some furniture polish.
