I was wrong! Most of you guys were right! I can be rock headed sometimes. It is oil. I've posted about it in the engine section.

double check your oil level if it is to high from leaking needles and seat it will smoke excessivly as well

Am guessing the subject bike is a 1982 KZ750H3 (chain drive LTD) with oem cv carbs.
