white smoke

hi everybody i finally got my 79 kz650 project running[drove it round the block no front brake yet]all seemed great untill today,here goes-it starts up right away but once its been idling for a while iget white smoke comming from the breather which i installed on the crank case and from the pods=then slowly but surley it starts wanting to stall-any ideas?[carbs cleened and synced]also spits out some gas from carb drain tubes wqhile engine is cooling..thanks again ...mike
