frozen vacuum diaphram slide

The vacuum diaphram slide is frozen in place. I tore these down completely and soaked them a couple of months ago and everything was fine. Now I have two diaphrams that are stuck. I have sprayed them with JB80 lube, soaked them in lemon juice and detergent. The carbs are now veryu clean but these are still stuck. Any help is appreciated.
