Fuel Flowing out #1 Carb 82 KZ 1000 LTD

I posted this on the other KZ site....I have fuel flowing out #1 carb...This is whats been done to the bike: Wiregeorge rebuilt the carbs in Jan....I sent them back in May because grit/sand had gotten into the carbs (bike wouldn't run)George ultrasonic cleaned them...sent them back....did the wiregeorge wire mod...installed Dyna coils and wires from Z1...put everthing together today and started the bike no problem except....while the bike would run it would only run on 3 cylinders and fuel flowed out the intake on #1 so...I pulled the plug and found the plug very wet, set it against the head started the bike....got a nice long blue spark (it should have!). This has been going on since February...I'm at the end of the line here gents and have no clue why it won't run. I don't want to sell it...I have ALOT of money invested and I want to ride this bike....any suggestions?...where to look?....bruce

the needle and seat assembly is scored or grooved by junk that is getting past your filter you may have to replace them.

If you haven't done so, be sure to install a quality inline fuel filter so you don't have a repeat of the problem. Ed
