It was never dumping fuel out of the overflows on the bottom of the carbs. Turns out the crankcase breather was pushing air back into the carb air vents, which forced fuel up and out of the floats. Issue resolved, now I'm on to other issues. Thanks all, I will have other posts requiring the forum's opinions and insight.

Chris_Z1100 Offline User Posts: 10 Thank you received: 0	FYI, those nipples are not overflows, they are drains, you have to unscrew the screw beside it to drain carbs. No need to stick hoses on them.
