I pulled out the stock airbox during my rebuild, and I picked up some airfilters (you guys call them pods?). Anyways, what tuning MIGHT I have to do from these?

Btw, when I ordered the carb rebuild kits, the kits came with two main jets, one said '11.5' and the other was '11.8'. If I am right, the '11.8' is up one size on the main jet right. When putting them together, I put in the 11.5.

Usually you have to rejet, as pods allow for a faster/greater airflow through your carbs than the stock airbox does. Do you have a stock exhaust on it, or an aftermarket one? If you do have a different - freeer flowing - exhaust, you'll need to up your mains, and possibly your pilot jets - but isn't always the case.

Also - if you put your location and bike in your signature, chances are someone may be close enough to you if you need some help, and we'll know what bike you're talking about.

I think the ruke of thumb is to go up two sizes on the mains with each mod. (exhaust and pods) Someone will chime in with the stock sizes I'm sure and you can go from there.

I have my area and my bike in my signature already.

It has a 4/1 Yoshi aftermarket pipe on it, and then these filters. Other than those two mods, the only other thing done to it is new OEM rings.
