I have a 1075 street compression,.410 lift cams on in,and ex,stock valves, really big ported head, and Im running 34 rfs.Trying to dial in the jetting, ran lean with 125 mains, pilot screws are 1/2 turn out,17.5 pliot jets, starts and idles good, clips in the center of the needles.Installed 127.5's,better on top, when ideling and ya hit the throttle, has a flat spot at 1500,then revs hard afterwards but blow a little black smoke at around 3/4 throttle.Im thinking a 20 pilot, and drop the needle one spot, what do ya think?

Interesting jetting for a BS34.... didn't know they made BS30/96 pilot jets in that small a size. Stock pilots are #37.5 for most KZ models and you definitely need a bit bigger than stock. The mains are stock type sized as well. Try around #140. What jet needles are in there?
