My buddy passed away and his wife asked me to help her sell his motorcycles.  

This bike has been sitting for years and currently doesn’t run.   The carburetor is not on it but she does have some new carburetors his older Kawasaki bikes.  I’ll try to attach some pictures.  

He also had a 1977  Kawasaki  900.

The bikes are located in Metairie, Louisiana.  

I would rather find someone interested in restoring them or using them for parts, rather than scrapping them.  

PLEASE don't let that Z1R go to someone who will only split it up for parts !!

Whatever you do dont scrap them . Those bikes are worth more than you might think even not running. Do some research before you sell them.

Yes.  You can likely get 10 times as much money for these bikes from a collector compared to what you would get if you took them to a scrap yard. 

I agree.  That’s why I’m posting on this forum.   We would rather sell them to someone who wants to restore them.
