What was your final jetting set to? I've got a set on my 81 with custom spigots and i don't really want to buy that many different jets and needles just to figure it out! lol

Unfortunately life has been pretty busy and I haven't installed them yet. However, I am not anticipating any major adjustments: the seller and I are at similar altitudes and my 550 is geared short, so any peakiness is unlikely to be an issue.

Yeah for some reason my PM is not working so i had to post back in this old thread trying to get someones attention lol. I installed mine with the jets that were set up for the later gpz heads but im thinking i need to go down a size or so because even just at idle my plugs are very sooty but i'll try putting some miles on first and see what happens. Throttle response is very impressive though!
