Manual for '83 750 Shaft??

I bought a Clymer manual for the 750 models, to use for the 750 LTD F1 Shaft I bought. But it does not mention anything about the shaft drive models....

I searched around and can't seem to find them, do you think it would be in the Spectre family, and is there a "Spectre specific" manual available that deals with the shaft drive models?

Yes. Different manual...Mother Green published one in 1984 that covered 750 Spectre's, your F model, ZN700, ZN750, and P models (which were never in the US). Part number for it is 99924-1035-03. The cover shows a Spectre and has 'KZ750 Shaft'.
