First rebuild 78 KZ750

Howdy! I'm new to the forum and new to the rebuild process. I have a 78 KZ twin tore down in the garage that I'm going to mangle into something rideable. I got it for free so I can't complain. I think I have the gasket situation worked out. Are there any HUGE problems I should be aware of while re assembling this beast?

Thanks

Balance shafts are the biggest PITA, other than that just make sure everything is clean before assembly.

It also helps if you have done it before :)
