05 KZ1000P Unknown O'ring. / Gasket?

There is a O'ring / gasket between the Oil Pan and Bottom case. It is larger than the Oil Filter O'ring (90mm). There is no reference to it at Partszilla or I somehow overlooked it. It appears to be 92.5 x 4.5 x 97. It may be plastic.

Any idea?

Breather Cover / Oil Pan. Damn! I saw Breather Cover and skipped right by it. I'm an old man,,, so there's that!

The breather cover is on the top case. If your talking about between the lower case and pan see marked up screen shot.
