Another set - Identify these Z1 / KZ cam specs

Another set of cams.
Apparently they are Engle k-14 and apparently they are .405 lift.
No clue what the duration is.
Anyone have anymore info, or specs on these cams ??

I found that ^^ post above that talks about k-12 and k-13 .... but no mention of k-14 ??

Is there a part number stamped on the ends? Other than that, mount them in a head and break out a dial indicator to determine the specs.
