kz750 to 700 cylinder heads ?

Does anyone know if the kz750 and kz700 cylinder have the same size combustion cambers and valve sizes. i know carbs will mount and exhaust will mount. im wondering if i use 750 cams do i have a 750 head, or is the combustion chambers different?.

i screwed up a 750 head but have an extra 700 head.
