One coil fires 2&3 and the other 1&4. You might want to switch them up to see if you can get 2&3 firing. That way you will know that either the coil is bad or the carbs are plugged up.

I was told it was a gpz 1100 the engine number is ZXT00AE041517, i have switched the coils around thats how a know that they work and also have taken out all the sparkplugs at the same time and all of the have strong spark and since it hase compression I assume it was the carburetor but I cleaned the set that is on and try drifrent ones and the engine will start but only 1&4 the header will get hot, that where I'm at and stuck

Does the bike have 2 fuel lines ? Long shot is check for good fuel flow.
Is there fuel in all the float bowls ?
Its probably electrical , Ive learned to check everything ..
Do you have a factory Manual ?

Yes I'd have double check the fuel in the carburetors and all the float bowls had fuel in them i have also dump fuel inside wile is running to see if something happens and nothing.

I dont have the manual if you guys can help to identify what engine it is the only thing was the stamp on it ZXT00AE041517

I would check valve clearance but dont have the manual for it and also if i have good compression dosen't it means that valve clearance is good?

I was goin to start to think is the igniter that is not sending the spark at the correct time but im just taking wild guess just starting to learn about motorcycle engines

I think this manual should cover your bike, but check the frame numbers on the last page to be sure.

I did check valve clearance and they are within spec, im cheking wire harness tomorrow any more ideas, could the igniter cause to send the spark at the wrong time?
I also noticed it only hace one pick up coil and most manual shows 2 of them. I appreciate any more ideas

Take a look at the carburetor boots for 2,3 (leaks).
Confirm you have vacuum on those two cylinders.
You may not be getting an air-fuel mixture into the cylinders.

I've not worked on that particular model before but I thought there needs to be two pickup coils. I'd focus on this first...
