KZ1000 J3 carb cleaning
03 Apr 2019 09:28 - 03 Apr 2019 09:29
Yes I finally got around to cleaning the carbs a bit, all I did was take off the covers, blow the jets and check floats visually
and it all seemed ok, got rif of the NASTY screws as well and replaced with insix (whaddayacallthem?) ones instead.
Of course NOW the bike won´t start.
And I can+t figure out where I went wrong, for start with choke all that should matter is gas in and floats ok
not even that? Are the diaphragm mountings critical ina nay way they´re symmetrical right?
And vaccum opens the gas tap ok it´s just not getting inside the cylinders, sparks are dry...
PLEASE what is usually wrong help this stupid fuck brothers...

Noone cleaned their carbs?
I took them apart and put togeteher numerous times, the diaphragms are in place right -
the only thing I´m not sure of is how the float covers should sit?

The drain screws shall face outwards, other wise there is not many ways you can put them.
If you don't figure it out, PM me your phone number and I will give you a call.
