Does my bike have mkll motor

I have been trolling this forum for awhile doing some rewire has helped a lot but I see different info on engine years my vin#kztooa015828 and engine#kztooae023659 my bike is a 1977 was told mkll motor is only in 1979-1980 or something like that any help would be great

This is a MKII engine looks like.
Look at the rectangular form of the valve cover
16 tooth cam chain sprocket on the crankshaft.
32 tooth cam chain sproket on the camshafts.

One is side marker hanging down one is the fuel line unhooked one is the remote reservoir to the shock I just threw the body parts on for a pic in the middle of paint and rewiring mount Dana coils etc here it sits now
