My Kz200 sounds like sewing machine

I 've rebuilded with all new originals part for my kz200 1980. Including new cylinder head.. But still i found some trouble that comes to my nerves. Here's the trouble. In the first start, the engine sounds like sewing machine.. At first is very loud but then it off but still there"s sewing machine on the cylinder head.. I knew it is the rockers hits the edge of tge valve. I make the valves clearance as the manual service guide. 0.17mm for ex. N 0.12mm for inlet.
Why is that still happening? I mean, from the tensioner guide to the camchain, the timing gears (the big one n the small one ) are new.

Does anybody here have the solution?

The funny thing is that in the U.S., sounding like a sewing machine is a good thing. Old school gear heads use that as a compliment. (Singer sewing machine.)

Same here in the UK.
Obviously his Z200 must sound like a completely knackered sewing machine

Runs as smooth as a Swiss Watch

Sounds like a well oiled sewing machine ;)
