What do you want to see?
Headers are conical from 37mm to 40mm inside diameter flowing into the special collector.
Everything made in Stainless Steel, even the spigots in the head and springs.
You don't find that on a mass produced exhaust.

Extremely nice looking and Im sure working but Im not taking my pipes loose every time I change the oil. Or do my 67 year old eyes decieve me ? I'll have to stick with my Kerkers also for that price although Im sure they are worth every penny but SS checks dont allow pipes like that for me. Last but not least would be the freight for them from Japan or the Netherlands, wherever they are made on top of the $1145 for a box that size.

I believe there is a flange that bolts to the motor and the pipe is held on the flange with springs. Thats the way the two strokes are anyways.

Isn't the bolted flange suppose to compress the gasket in the exhaust port and if so whats the point of the spring?

If you look at the pic it looks like a separate piece bolts to the motor and the pipe slides onto or into the flange. It is not one piece

So it looks like to remove the pipe from the cylinder head you would just unhook the spring and pull the pipe out of the flange. I guess it must be a pretty snug fit between the pipe and flange to prevent exhaust leaks unless there's some type of gasket in the flange. Ed

If the spring is creating the gasket compression would you not want a second spring on the underside of the headpipe for equal compression of the gasket mating surface?

It is a slip joint that is used in many applications. No different than a megaphone slip joint

The piece with the bolt flange crushes the gasket and bolts solid, the pipe slips onto it and is held with springs

OK I get it. Its a case of the dreaded hidden slip joint. I'll blame my ignorance on bad photography.LOL
