Still another lesson in \"its the easiest problem stupid\"

I don't have a question, just a story. I checked my compression last weekend and everything was good enough. Then on Tuesday, I decided to change my oil, started the bike and it ran like crap, only firing on three cylinders. I pulled number 1 and 2 plugs. ! was firing but two was dead. So I took that plug and checked number three, dead too. I automatically went "Crap, my new Dyna coil is fried" and thought that it must be that I mis-wired (with the upgrade) and the coil burnt out. I changed back to my old coils and it ran even worse. So I take a plug oof of the shelf, all cylinders are firing...so now I drift off into spark advancer land or some such place. Then, that night, it finally dawns on me, what if I cracked the #2 plug when I was doing the compression test...I changed the plug and it runs like a charm.
Good thing I didn't have the equipment to pull the engine.

Try doing a tune-up with all new parts and when you get done it runs worse than what it did before you started. That sucks and you start scratching your head what did I do wrong.to make a long story short I was sold 2 bad plugs I was not happy as for that was my only means of transportation that day.

And now you know why I always preach to do the simple stuff first
It's because I have already been there and done that, and learned the lesson the hard way
