Yes there WAS such a thing as a 831cc kit... I have one sitting under my work bench.
MTC 70mm bore x stoke stroke... 15mm wrist pin at the proper
deck height for 650 head, piston crown profiled for 650 head.
They stopped making them about 1990... no more stock either.

The "lil 810" in question is a Turbo GPZ750 that has an 810 kit IIRC. Here's a couple of links for you to study on. In this first link, the bike you are looking for belongs to Lorcan Parnell: www.750turbo.com/fastones.htm
The next link is to his forum that is dedicated to the turbo GPZ750 crowd: www.750turbo.com/forum/
Lorcan also posts here from time to time, but I haven't seen him around in a while.

Re: Question about stroker kit for a 77 KZ 650...

Thanks a bunch for the insight and timely reply!
The aim for my 650 is as i had said, high comp, big cam, high rpm that i can ride on the street without too many issues. I know with that set-up it is asking kind of a lot. I have a very experienced and pretty well known dragbike guy helping me with frame design and engine set-up. He is rather well known on dragbike.com but i'm not sure if anyone on here would know of him. I would not surprise me if they did tho.
With all that rambling out of the way (sorry). I am really looking to build an awesome little bobber with the capability to beat any harley I come across (street legal and on pump gas of course) and as many liter bikes (or bigger) that I feel I can out ride the owner of. I am going to keep it N/A because a turbo hanging off the bike would discourage just about everyone that has any idea of what a turbo KZ is capable of... Any other tips (as too cam size, head porting specs, etc.) or tricks are greatly appreciated! Thank you.

With no turbo I'm thinking you may need a hidden bottle of laughing gas to put a hurtin' on a liter bike. Even then, that's a tall order. Rider dependent of course.
