Just bought a GPz550!
10 Mar 2016 07:18
Was talking with my buddy on the phone last week, he said he'd like a GPz but are hard to find. I looked on ebay and found this one within 2 min! The reserve was high and it didnt sell, was relisted and I sent him an email asking a few questions. He replied immediately and said to text him. I did and I could tell he was itching to sell it, he dropped the price dramatically and it was sold!
It shipped from OH and made to TX 4 days later, I fired it up and this thing is a runner! Dont know much about this bike but it is fun to ride, it like to scream up to 9K RPM! What do you know about it?

Nice. After the wreck I didn't know if I wanted to ride anymore. A friend sold me his GPZ 550 and I rode it around a while. That thing would scream but I missed the tall pulling power. I had the bug again, got Bossie running again and sold the GPZ back to Dave. I should have kept it.

Yeah, let's do it. Was planning a ride tomorrow with a couple buddies since I am off work but weather forecast looks bad so we cancelled.
Have you ridden Park Rd 4 north of Marbles Falls out to Inks Lake?

Not rode that one yet.
I need to finish my Connie project so I've got a bike I can ride all day
my little hot rod don't get the gas mileage for doing more then about 100 mile's per tank.

Park Road 4 is excellent, I'd be happy to show ya one day. I dont mind stopping for gas every 100 miles!
