He said he checked and it's out of the system. :dry: He took the plugs out today. :unsure: I told him I'd think about it.

Seems that the starter is super weak. Brand new battery. Super sluggish turnover rate. Bad starter?

Check all your grounds for lose or corroded connections. Check your wiring for worn connectors and insulation.

Well it wasn't turning over but I wasn't completely convinced it was just the carbs. I checked the spark plugs for spark. I replaced them and noticed they still weren't sparking. Ugh I hate electrical work! Back to the bible to check the diagrams!

On mine it was the pick up coils that were bad. There's a pretty simple test for them in the FSM. I also replaced my coils with some generic new ones. My bike is back on the road now, running like a dream!
