Hello, came across this on CL. Has no pictures. For some reason I have seen these bikes go for decent money.
$500, flip it or parts it out? Thanks for any info.
But here is what it says:
1985 kawasaki eliminator - $500 (North Tonawanda)
condition: fair
This is a complete bike that has been in storage since 1998 the bike ran when put in. Needs to be gone through and redone it has a 900cc 4 carb motor very fast need gone taking up space. Please call 998-5775

Livin in "CheektaVegas, NY
Went thru 25 of these in 40 yrs.
I SOLD OUT! THE KAW BARN IS EMPTY.
More room for The Old Girl, Harley 75 FLH Electra Glide,
Old faithful! Points ign. Bendix Orig. carb.
Starts everytime!

I like the looks of the original ZL900 and ZL1000 Eliminators, but I also like power cruisers with more than a VTwin for motor.

Sure are ugly, Dale Walker used them with his drag racing school in the mid 80's. Plus he desined his HP electric over air airshifter with it. Kawi's version of the V Max

If you ride -em rough, lots of problems with the drive shaft

1980 LTD 1000..,1976 LTD 900, have the 1000&900 now. the rest are previous= 1978 KZ 650 B.., 1980 Yamaha XT 500..,1978 Yamaha DT 400.., 1977 Yamaha yz 80..,Honda trail ct 70.., Honda QA 50...5-1/2 hp brigs & straton CAT chopper mini bike...3-1/2 hp mini bike (WHEN GAS WAS ABOUT 45 CENTS A GALLON)!!!!
