There are a bunch of those videos out there. The MV Agusta one impressed me the most. 9 hours to assemble the engine....

I've been to Opal and BMW plants in Germany, and I've seen videos of Honda, and Kawasaki motorcycle production plants, and all of them did it the same way. Wide open dyno pull, and if it passes it's out the door, if it don't pass it's off to the diagnostic and repair team.

Both BMW and Opal plants were like clean rooms with lots of robots, the Ford, GM, and Chrysler plants I've been in looked like total dumps in comparison. And I never saw a single Opal or BMW employee kicked back in their chair and reading a newspaper, but it was exceeding common to see that at the Big 3 plants.
