Manuals for bikes. Whats a supplement?
26 Dec 2013 12:28
I'm looking for a service manual for my 84 GPz550. I'm finding also a supplement. Is this something different than the regular service manual?

The supliment is for, additional models, variants or updates. I couldn't tell you if you are need the supplement.

If there isn't a service manual for the 550 thru 1984, then you probably need the supplement &
the 1980-83 KZ550 service manual. From searching eebbbaayy for KZ550 Manual, there are several service manuals that cover the 550 thru 1983, but not thru 1984, hence the supplemental manual.
I would ask the seller if there is a model application chart on the back cover of the supplemental manual & how many pages it has.
Edit: If your GPz is a ZX, I have no idea if you could use a KZ550 service manual in addition to the supplemental manual.
