Gas Tanks

I have a 83 750 Spectre and seeing if anyone knew if a 1100 gas tank would fit it?

A Spectre 1100? Direct bolt-on? probably not. From the diagrams, the Spectre 750 attaches differently at the rear. Also, the front mounting pegs on the frame seem to be in a different location.

For direct bolt-on, I'd guess these models.
