I just spent a bit of time clicking links on that site and from the best I can tell they are selling body kits and wheels to convert a Honda Ape 50/100 into the mini super bike of your dreams. That lil Honda is a Japanese market bike only.

That whole genre is exploding right now- the new honda Grom will be sold in the US now for 3k, and I believe street legal. 125cc. The Pit bike has come full circle!
