1979 KZ1000 MKII

I have the 1979 KZ1000 MKII chain drive. What is with all the adds on the internet looking for these bikes? I even noticed ebay sales for them in the high price range ($12,000-19,000). Am I missing something. I love my bike, the classic look, and to me it just stands out. My cycle is not perfect but I think it looks pretty good, mostly original (tires/brakes/battery excluded). I attached a picture. My first and only cycle I ever owned. purchased about 8 years ago.

That model and the 1980 A4 model are sought after and fairly uncommon. The bulk of the 1979-80 chain drive Kawasaki's produced were LTDs...whereas the standard models were produced in low numbers.

Welcome. Post up some pics of that bike. Try to find the little girlie pic with the heavy breasts that Patton uses and post her up as well. ; )

Patton, FWIW, I haven't been able to attach pics on this site, like you describe, in a good while. Is there a setting I have to change to do this again?

Later versions of Firefox are not cooperating with picture posting.

I'm using version 17.0.1 that allows posting pictures as in the past.

May use a different browser to access KZr when desiring to include an image within a post.

Several of us have complained to Firefox about this.
