The oil cooler on your kz1000/900 motorcycle is hooked directly into you crankcase breather the last I checked which was about a year ago. whoever put that together for you should be shot as you could blow out that cooler line and get hot oil all over yourself.

I don't have a photo but his 1000 on the 900 frame had that and I didn't tell him. he may have passed away, he was very old and ill but he was there when I was learning to ride my 750. maybe someone else will end up with it and see this here.
