Of someone trading a running titled mostly complete 81 j for a simillar shape 76-79
So far, doesnt seem to likely just wanna hear opinion

ive seen the j's gaining in value over the last few years, i think you may need to take an earlier bike in a lesser condition mind.

If it is truly a J model...you should have no trouble selling it for a decent amount...certainly enough money to replace it with an earlier 1015 series motorcycle. However, if it is a J-motored motorcycle (K or M series) then all bets are off.

the picture looks much better than it is from 3 feet...but thanks...needs a decent engine refresh to be tits, and i have a paint /rehab parts/upgrades/list for a full redo over this coming year.....but it would stay in that form....i would take a running J-model in equal shape though...
