Flag would get a bit further but eventually still may have to sit idle due to winter. I would guess it would have to stay there until Spring. And once it gets moving East, will the final Relay finish be Wisconsin or Illinois? A map with the a proposed route would go a long way generate discussion with the people involved. The only people that can answer all these questions are the people that live out West and know what time of year they can or can't ride. So for example, maybe Oklahoma and Colorado can be included in this Southwestern trek.
