G'day, could someone tell me what the CSR designation is on some of the Kawasaki KZ models I don't think we ever got them here in Down under land, regards Neil

As I recall, in the early '80s when the Ltd models sprted dark colors, stepped seats, pull-back bars and a lot of chrome, Kawasaki also brought out the CSR models which had a bit less chrome and wire spoke wheels instead of the Ltd's mag type wheels.

Nobody really knows for certain. My signature has one possibility from researching some British bikes.
Matchless offered various CSR models in the 50s & 60s, including a Matchless G12 CSR (650cc).
Noteworthy, because Kawasaki made a 650-CSR.
