96 KZ1000 Police

I found a 96 KZ1000 Police bike a guy still rides daily, has had it for 3 years, payed $1500 for it and it has 87,0000 + miles!

He wants to sale it to upgrade.

Any comments on this bike, parts that are available, issues, etc.... please fire away.
(only bad thing I can see, is the carbs have pods, not the airbox)

I've wanted a KZ Police bike for a while. I figured it was like a bagger with style and would be good for me and the wife. After seeing what this guy did with his Kopasaki, I want one even more. The build thread is on Thechopperunderground.com forum under "Road Sofa".




I am in love. Lowering the fairing and pushing it forward did so much for the stance.
